Dr. Miller studied at Washington and Jefferson College in Washington, Pennsylvania, earning his Bachelor of Arts in Biology. He then enrolled at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, and obtained his medical degree. Before entering private practice, Dr. Miller completed an internship at Mercy College in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and an anesthesiology residency and interventional pain management fellowship at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. Dr. Miller is very active in the Greater San Antonio community. He serves on several organizational boards and is the board president of Musical Bridges Around the World, a non-profit performing arts organization. When he isn’t meeting patients or attending to other professional commitments, Dr. Miller enjoys spending time with his wife, a pediatrician, and their three children.
